Speech Therapy Team Leader

Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives. Drive continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, BLS certification, and minimum three years discipline-specific experience. Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred. Leaders with experience in this role are encouraged to apply.
