Speech Therapy Team Leader

Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives. Drive continuous quality improvement across the team. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, minimum three years discipline-specific experience, and BLS certification.
