Speech Therapy Team Leader

Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, supporting staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and drive continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, BLS certification, and minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
