Job Summary
Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development, performance management, and team scheduling to achieve business objectives. Drive continuous quality improvement across clinical operations. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, minimum three years discipline-specific experience, and BLS certification.
