Job Summary
Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, supporting staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and drive continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP with at least three years discipline-specific experience. BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP
- BLS (CPR)
- Minimum three years discipline-specific experience
Desired Qualifications
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification
- Leadership experience
