Speech Therapy Team Leader

Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives. Drive continuous quality improvement across the unit. This role balances clinical excellence with team leadership at Encompass Health, a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader. Candidates must hold a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP with at least three years of discipline-specific experience.
