Job Summary
Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments while administering skilled therapy and monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development, performance management, and team scheduling to achieve business objectives. Coordinate paperwork and training to drive continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, BLS certification, and minimum three years discipline-specific experience. Active on the Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP
- BLS (CPR)
- Minimum three years discipline-specific experience
