Speech Therapy Team Leader

Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, supporting staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and drive continuous quality improvement. This role requires a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, BLS certification, and a minimum of three years discipline-specific experience. Active on the Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification is preferred.
