Job Summary
Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians. Monitor patient response to treatment, support staff development and performance management, and coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals. Drive continuous quality improvement across the unit. This role requires a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP with at least three years of discipline-specific experience and BLS certification.
