Job Summary
Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and drive continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP with at least three years discipline-specific experience and BLS certification.
