Job Summary
Provide quality speech therapy services, initiate referrals, and evaluate data for treatment planning. Develop comprehensive treatment plans with target lists and goals while instructing patients, families, and staff on therapeutic procedures. Complete compliant CMS documentation in NetHealth EMR systems and oversee FEES/MBS protocols. Participate in screening protocols to ensure resident needs are met timely. Maintain active SLP licensure and pursue continuing education. Per Diem/PRN status in the Oak Creek/Milwaukee area.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competency
- active SLP license in state(s) of practice
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
