Job Summary
Deliver personalized speech and language rehabilitation for patients as part of Encompass Health, evaluating, developing, and administering treatment plans for speech and language needs; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, track and document patient performance and progress, and celebrate patient victories as they work toward communication goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
