Job Summary
Speech Pathologist/ Speech Therapy Clinician for PRN inpatient rehabilitation role. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories and contributing to a collaborative care team using cutting-edge technology within Encompass Health’s national inpatient rehabilitation network.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
