Speech Therapist

Part-time and per diem Speech Therapists needed to join The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham. Responsibilities include patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment (individual, supervised, and group), consultation with patients, residents, and caregivers, documentation in the clinical system, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and other reimbursement regulations. Requires ability to function in multi-faceted systems, strong communication and organizational skills, and carrying out duties such as supervising resident activities, ordering supplies, and participating in quality improvement. Education: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Speech Therapy with an SLP license in Massachusetts.
