Job Summary
Provide patient care, consultative and educational speech therapy services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care team to improve patient outcomes. Evaluate, administer, and document speech therapy services provided as prescribed by the referring practitioner; establishes speech therapy plan of care and goals; re-assess patient’s progress at appropriate time frames; completes documentation supporting the need for speech therapy services
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or its equivalent from an accredited academic institution
- Licensed speech language pathologist in the State of Pennsylvania
- BLS certification required prior to end of orientation period
- Cannot accommodate a clinical fellowship or provisional license in this role
