Speech Therapist

Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation services for speech, language, and/or swallowing disorders through diagnostic testing and goal establishment. Record client progress and condition changes for physician reporting, instruct families and healthcare teams on communication improvement methods, and prepare periodic reports for third-party payers. Re-evaluate rehabilitation programs as necessary, assist with referrals to external clinics, and maintain clinical notes and required paperwork per Agency policy. Provide liaison contact with community agencies and participate in case conferences and staff meetings. Maintain professional competency via in-service attendance. Schedule includes weekdays, day shift, no weekends or holidays, with 20 hours per week across three days. Employee travels by automobile in changing weather conditions.
