Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer standardized tests to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Design and implement personalized treatment plans for communication impairments, cognitive-linguistic deficits, and dysphagia, utilizing evidence-based practices and oral-motor exercises. Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and educate families on safe swallowing techniques and home strategies. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system and participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings to coordinate holistic patient care. Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP)
