Job Summary
Independent Contractor Speech Therapist in Home Health serving the Alhambra area. Responsible for assessment and evaluation of speech and language disorders, training functionality in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments; develop and execute treatment plans, implement interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. Maintains records, reports patient responses to the physician, and collaborates with the health team. Required Qualifications
- Speech Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of an accredited Speech Therapist program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
