Job Summary
Provides speech therapy services to residents in senior living communities, conducts screenings, evaluates residents for treatment planning, and develops/implements individualized treatment plans. Coordinates plans with residents, families and the care team; location includes Amherst, OH. Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, CCC or CFY eligibility, and current or eligible state licensure. Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
