Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication plans to remediate disorders, deficits, swallowing issues, and swallowing disorders. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence while collaborating with peers for referrals. Adapt to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing centers, assisted living, and home-based care settings. Manage daily operations including equipment cleaning and reporting to meetings. Split role between Pleasant View Communities and Homestead Village. Full-time position with salary range of $43.00 - $50.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
