Job Summary
Conduct speech and swallowing therapy to help patients communicate, diminish disorders, and restore independence. Design individualized rehabilitation plans and execute services while training patients and caregivers on necessary skills. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and ensure effective delivery of rehab services across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Adapt to diverse patient needs and manage daily tasks including equipment maintenance and reporting. Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
