Job Summary
In-house Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time role at an independent, family-owned therapy organization. Responsible for evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing individualized treatment plans with input from residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team; conducting dysphagia evaluations with evidence-based recommendations; providing cognitive-linguistic therapy; collaborating with PT, OT, nursing, and dietary to ensure coordinated care; and documenting outcomes efficiently. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility, and a current or licensure-eligible SLP license. Mentorship and supervision available for CFY candidates; opportunity for growth within a 12-facility network. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current SLP license or license-eligible
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment preferred
