Job Summary
Evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and ASHA guidelines, documenting progress and communicating updates with families and care teams. Plan, organize, and direct therapy services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing staff training to support therapy goals. Ensure full compliance with therapy standards and regulations throughout the skilled nursing facility setting. Licensed SLPs with a Master's degree and CCC are required, with direct care experience preferred. Flexible shifts available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university
- Licensed SLP in good standing in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA
