Job Summary
Deliver quality speech therapy to homebound patients of all ages in Port Hueneme and surrounding areas while maintaining full schedule flexibility. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment, then determine and update the plan of care based on individual needs. Utilize the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline referrals and complete documentation efficiently within our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system. As an independent contractor, you set your own hours and earn based on the number of patients you treat, supported by our team for care coordination and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted
- Limited permits will not be accepted
- Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current Certification of Competence (CCC)
- Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
