Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and swallowing therapy plans to restore communication and independence for patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings. Deliver direct clinical interventions while training patients and caregivers on necessary skills, and collaborate with peers to manage referrals and equipment maintenance. Adapt to diverse patient needs and settings, balancing clinical delivery with administrative reporting and team collaboration. This part-time role offers a $10,000 bonus, dental and vision benefits, and access to the Clinical Mentorship Program and free continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
