Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients regarding a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of speech, language, hearing, and dysphagia disorders; oversees comprehensive rehab program to meet physical, psychosocial, cognitive, and environmental well-being; promotes patient/caregiver self-determination by optimizing outside resources; coordinates with disciplines involved in patient care; supports discharge goals; may work in inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based, and home health settings; requires detailed knowledge of speech and language pathology, interpretation of data, and understanding of relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligible
- 1-3 years experience or Clinical Fellowship eligible
