Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients with a broad spectrum of speech, language, hearing, and dysphasia disorders across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based, and home health settings. Oversees a comprehensive rehabilitation program, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, supports discharge planning, advocates for patient independence, and uses EPIC charting. Requires mastery of growth and development principles, knowledge of speech-language pathology applications, and regulatory understanding. Roles may include varied shifts, opportunities for advancement, and eligibility for tuition/certification reimbursement and loan forgiveness; provides a broad clinical scope within Presbyterian Healthcare Services in NM.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence
- One to three years experience or Clinical Fellowship eligible
