Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, hearing, and dysphagia impairments using a broad range of therapeutic interventions; supports comprehensive rehab programs across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based, and home health settings; collaborates with disciplines to meet discharge goals, promotes patient/caregiver independence, and advances care through resource optimization and advocacy; requires deep knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and familiarity with EPIC charting; may include varied day and weekend shifts and multiple care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility
- 1-3 years experience or Clinical Fellowship eligible
