Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients in an inpatient setting. Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary to improve communication outcomes. Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. The role supports a PRN schedule within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation framework and emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care using cutting-edge technology. Required licensure or state certification, and CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) with CPR either completed or to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
