Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; delivering patient-centered care as part of Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team; requires licensure or certification per state regulations and SLPCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC); CPR certification within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s degree with field experience).
