Job Summary
Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify treatment as necessary; track patient performance, progress, and response to therapy; celebrate patient victories; and contribute to care within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting. Licensed clinicians with CCC and CPR eligibility, with a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience), will join a national leader in post-acute care and benefit from tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
