Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs for speech and language disorders, swallowing, and cognitive impairments to determine treatment plans. Perform interventions to improve patient well-being, then observe, record, and report responses to changes in condition to supervising staff. Treat patients to communicate effectively using acceptable standards of practice, while instructing families and caregivers on speech therapy participation. Coordinate services within state laws and the plan of care across any home situation. Requires weekend rotation availability; salary ranges from $74,936 to $112,404 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Available to work a weekend rotation
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment

- Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
