Job Summary
Provide a full range of therapeutic services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions to address communication and swallowing issues. Evaluate patients using standardized tests, develop and adjust treatment plans based on findings, and document progress in electronic medical records. Instruct patients and families on home treatment procedures and adhere to clinical guidelines. Responsibilities also include promoting rehabilitation programs and improving patient care metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Licensed by the state of South Carolina Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Examiners
- Active with ASHA
