Job Summary
Diagnoses and treats speech and language problems, evaluates speech and language skills considering educational, medical, social, and psychological factors. Plans and conducts rehabilitative treatment programs to restore communicative efficiency for individuals with communication problems. Relies on experience to plan and accomplish rehabilitation goals and may lead and direct the work of others.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology
- May require a certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology (CCC)
- Licensure in the State of Wyoming as required
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
