Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, communication, cognition, hearing, and dysphagia disorders using evidence-based therapeutic interventions; develops and oversees comprehensive rehabilitation plans; collaborates with interdisciplinary care team; ensures patient advocacy and tailored discharge goals; supports family/caregiver involvement; promotes community resource connections; shift includes 10-hour days with differential for nights/weekends; opportunity includes tuition/certification reimbursement and loan support; access to EPIC charting; differential incentives and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility
- One to three years experience or Clinical Fellowship eligible
