Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication programs to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their abilities. Deliver rehab services focused on communication, swallowing, and remediation of disorders while teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and adapt care to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home settings. Manage daily tasks including equipment maintenance and reporting while participating in team meetings. Join a clinical mentorship program with free continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
