Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication plans to remediate disorders in patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings. Deliver direct therapy focused on restoring speech, swallowing, and communication abilities while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to coordinate referrals and adapt interventions to diverse patient needs, ranging from clinical equipment maintenance to reporting for team meetings. Participate in the Clinical Mentorship Program and complete free continuing education through Medbridge. Full-time or part-time roles with Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, plus H-1B sponsorship and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
