Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication programs to restore and enhance patient abilities across skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings. Deliver direct therapy focused on communication, swallowing, and remediation of disorders while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage equipment, and report progress to ensure efficient service delivery. Work with diverse populations in varied clinical environments, utilizing adaptability and a healer's mindset to address whole-person needs. Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
