Job Summary
Design and execute individualized rehabilitation programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' speech and communication abilities. Deliver direct services addressing swallowing disorders and deficits while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and adapt care plans across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Manage daily tasks including equipment maintenance and reporting to ensure efficient service delivery. Full-time or part-time roles with H-1B sponsorship available; journey travel program allows work across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
