Job Summary
Design individualized rehabilitation programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' speech and communication abilities. Deliver effective therapy services focused on helping individuals communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and adapt to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Report to meetings and manage equipment maintenance as part of daily operations. Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
