Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication plans to remediate disorders and deficits in patients. Deliver direct therapy focused on restoring speech, communication, and swallowing abilities while teaching patients and caregivers skills for independence. Collaborate with peers to manage referrals and adapt care to diverse patient needs across multiple settings. Manage daily operational tasks including equipment maintenance and reporting to ensure efficient service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
