Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and swallowing rehabilitation plans to restore communication and independence for older adults. Deliver daily therapy sessions while managing equipment maintenance, reporting to meetings, and collaborating with peers to coordinate referrals. Train patients and caregivers on skills that promote productivity and self-sufficiency. Work across skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care settings. Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
