Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication programs to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their abilities. Deliver rehab services focused on communication, swallowing, and remediation of disorders while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers, make referrals, and adapt to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home settings. Manage daily tasks including equipment cleaning and reporting while participating in meetings. Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association", "Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
