Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication programs to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their abilities. Deliver rehab services by teaching patients and caregivers skills that promote independence while managing equipment maintenance and reporting. Collaborate with peers to make referrals for comprehensive care and adapt to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. This role supports the Powerback mission to improve lives for older adults through personalized rehabilitation and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
