Job Summary
Design and execute individualized rehabilitation plans to help patients communicate, swallow, and overcome speech or swallowing disorders. Deliver daily therapy sessions while teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and ensure comprehensive care across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Manage equipment maintenance and complete daily reporting. Work within a full-time role offering comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus a Clinical Mentorship Program and free continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
