Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication programs for patients to restore, reinforce, and enhance their abilities. Deliver rehab services focused on communication, swallowing, and remediation of disorders while training patients and caregivers on independence skills. Collaborate with peers, make referrals to other care providers, and adapt to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings. Manage daily operations including equipment maintenance, reporting, and meeting participation. Full-time employment with Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, plus a Clinical Mentorship Program and free continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
