Job Summary
Design and execute individualized rehabilitation plans to restore speech, communication, and swallowing abilities for patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home settings. Deliver direct therapy sessions while training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to coordinate referrals and manage equipment maintenance alongside clinical duties. Participate in regular team meetings and utilize the Clinical Mentorship Program for ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
