Job Summary

Design and execute individualized speech and communication plans to remediate disorders and deficits in patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Deliver direct therapy focused on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing speech abilities while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and adapt services to diverse patient needs, ranging from communication challenges to equipment maintenance and meeting reporting. Participate in the Clinical Mentorship Program and utilize free CEUs through Medbridge to maintain expertise. Full-time or part-time roles with Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, plus H-1B sponsorship and Journey Travel opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
