Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication plans to remediate disorders, swallowing issues, and deficits across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Train patients and caregivers on independence skills while collaborating with peers to make referrals and ensure comprehensive care. Manage daily operations including equipment maintenance, reporting, and meetings to support efficient service delivery. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master's degree required. Full-time role offers Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, generous PTO, and a Clinical Mentorship Program starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
