Job Summary
Conduct speech therapy services to help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders. Design individualized rehabilitation plans and execute them with patients while training them and caregivers on skills for independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and adapt to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing, home-based, and outpatient settings. Manage daily tasks including equipment maintenance and reporting. Join a team that delivers personalized care to older adults and children through skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, and home-based programs.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association", "Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
